After completing the Fellowship, Karuna went on to get her MA in Art History from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. She was then awarded a year-long Kress Interpretive Fellowship at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. She is currently the Associate Interpretive Specialist for Asian Art at the Denver Art Museum, where she works collaboratively with the Arts of Asia curatorial team to create engaging, visitor-centered gallery experiences
